Chemical Products
It is a defoamer whose main component is surfactant in nature, capable of preventing the formation of foam in crude oil, decreasing the interfacial tension between the liquid film and the gas trapped in the foam, in such a way that it can be released.
It is a mixture of medium molecular weight polymers, whose structure has the particularity of being highly effective for the treatment of effluent and industrial water.
Our demulsifiers are a mixture of oxyalkylated and alkyl phenolic resins with organic solvents and surfactants that give it the characteristic of being highly effective for continuous application in dehydration systems. They can be applied to break a wide range of oil-water emulsions and for the prevention and/or removal of organic matter deposits at the bottom of the well, face of the formation, production lines, flow lines, and oil transportation. improving the production of the wells and the mobility of fluids through the crude production system.
Our viscosity reducers are a mixture of oxyalkylated and alkyl phenolic resins with organic solvents and surfactant agents that act on the interfacial tension to weaken and break the emulsion blocks present in oil producing systems, disperse/remove asphaltenes, weaken heavy chains carbon, minimizing friction. The Product is recommended for continuous or batch application in heavy crude oil handling systems or where there are problems of fouling with organic material and high viscosities.
Our paraffin inhibitors are a formulation of polymeric agents, combined with aliphatic solvents that help remove, disperse and inhibit paraffin deposits in operating systems in production strings of oil wells, production lines, horizontal water separators and tanks.
Our asphaltene dispersants are a mixture of resins with organic solvents and surfactant agents that give it the characteristic of being highly effective for the prevention and/or removal of asphaltene deposits at the bottom of the well, formation face, production lines, flow lines and transportation of crude oil, improving the production of wells, the mobility of fluids through the crude productivity system.
Our scale inhibitors are chemical products that prevent the formation and deposition of mineral scale, the obstruction of pipes and equipment throughout all production operations. In addition to this, it is designed based on hydrophilic polymers that help prevent surface contamination by insoluble inorganic particles and minimize clogging by inhibiting the growth and aggregation of crystals.
The biocide is a product adapted for the control of reducing sulfate bacteria in water injection systems, effluent water production systems, drilling fluids and water plants.
Degreasers are cleaning products specialized in removing contaminating residues from substances such as grease, oil or petroleum.
